Founder and CEO

Jim brings over three decades of diverse experience, exemplifying a deep commitment to leadership and community development. As Founder and Board Chairman of Pro Community Group, Inc. in Newtown, PA, he leads a mixed-use, mixed-income development company, integrating real estate initiatives with community programs for athlete and entertainer involvement.

Previously as Senior Consultant and Chief of Staff and General Counsel at HNO International, Inc., Jim played a vital role in business development, operations, and the United Athletes Foundation founded by Reggie Howard, Ray Lewis, and many other professional athletes, as well as Amer-I-Can Program founded by Jim and Monique Brown growth from 2013 to 2021.

As Founder and CEO of Franklin Development Group, LLC from 2002 to 2013, Jim significantly contributed to community revitalization through governmental affairs work and securing financing for affordable housing.

Jim holds an M.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. in Law from Widener University School of Law, and a B.S. in Psychology and Public Administration from Salem University. His leadership extends beyond the professional realm, having served as President of the Student Government and Coach and Head Captain of the University Rugby Team at Salem University.
